ASMS SFS500 is a 7x0mm graded crushed steel furnace slag coarse sand.
APPLICATIONS
SFS500 is used in a variety of applications, including:
COMPOSITION AND MATERIALS
SFS500 is produced from steel slag by crushing, screening and processing to remove all single size aggregates and metals. During this process, fines are screened off as asphalt sand. Steel furnace slag is a non-metallic product consisting essentially of calcium silicates with fused oxides of iron and aluminium. The material is produced simultaneously with steel in a basic oxygen furnace and is a predominantly crystalline, solid rock-like product.
