Ecocem is an environmentally friendly Supplementary Cementitious Material (SCM) which can be used as a direct or partial replacement for General Purpose (GP) cement in many concrete applications.
Ecocem can be used to formulate concrete blends with the following beneficial characteristics:
- Improved strength gain characteristics
- Significantly higher compressive and flexural strength
- Increased concrete durability, particularly in harsh environments
- Sulphate and chloride resistance
- Flexibility - direct batching or used in a blended cement
- Optimisation of concrete mixes to specific applications
